Through an automated platform that sends your art directly to print, we can cut out the time it takes for someone to take your order, proof it and then send to print. Although this does save you time and money, it also puts responsibility for your order directly back in your hands and any mistakes or issues with your art cannot be fixed by us, so please look through your art very carefully before hitting that GO TO PRINT button. We cannot be responsible for:
- Spelling, punctuation, grammatical or design errors made by the customer.
- Submission of low resolution images.
- Shipping errors created by the customer such as incorrect shipping address(es) and undeliverable packages.
- Errors on any file where the proof has been approved.
We do not inflate our prices or charge you rush fees, due to the automated process, we an print and ship within 24 to 48 hours depending on when we receive the order.
